By placing an order through lumewater.in or our mobile application, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be canceled before the product is dispatched for delivery.

  • Once the order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

  • To cancel an order, customers should contact our support team immediately.

Approved cancellations will be eligible for a refund according to this policy.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order was successfully canceled before dispatch.

  • The product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The delivery could not be completed due to operational issues from our side.

Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Product Replacement

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, customers may request:

4. Non-Refundable Situations

5. Refund Processing Time

6. Subscription Order Refunds

For subscription-based water delivery services:

  • Customers may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle.

  • Charges already processed for the current cycle may not be refundable.

  • Future deliveries will be stopped once the cancellation request is confirmed.
